RWBY Volume 6 Overall Review and News Round-up

Yes, I am back from my blogging hiatus which also means that we are just a few months out from the premiere of RWBY Volume 7! With RTX 2019 kicking off today that means the RWBY panel this Friday, July 5, will be dropping some new information about Volume 7 and all things RWBY related. So there are a couple of things I would like to discuss in this post: my overall thoughts on Volume 6 and favorite moments, my thoughts on the Volume 6 soundtrack, some developments and questions for Volume 7/a news round-up, and Kerry Shawcross’ recent journal post on Volume 7. My Overall Thoughts on Volume 6 and Favorite Moments  Without a doubt, Volume 6 has become my favorite volume of the entire series. My favorite episodes are E1, E5, E6, E10. E11, and E12. My favorite moments/story arcs are The Apathy (which was one ofArryn Zech’s favorite moments from Volume 6), Blake and Yang’s fight against Adam, especially the scenes where Blake grabs Yang’s hand and says “We’re protecting each other.” a

RWBY Volume 6 Episode 13 - Our Way: Review

In a forest clearing at night, a Mistral airship can be seen landing. The doors open, revealing its occupant as Neo, who drops her disguise and is revealed to be wearing a new outfit. She looks to see someone step out of the forest, revealed to be Cinder also sporting some new clothes: a cape which conceals her Grimm-ified left arm as well as an eyepatch that covers the left half of her scarred face. She stops to inspect the airship. Cinder says “It should get us to Solitas. After that, you might want to try materializing yourself some snow boots.” She continues walking towards the airship. Neo rolls her eyes at Cinder's remark. She steps out of the airship and holds her hand out, and Cinder stops walking. Neo then places her hand on the airship, and uses her Semblance to transform it into an Atlesian Manta aircraft. She then retracts the disguise and snaps her fingers with a smirk on her face. Cinder says “You know, Neo, someone once asked me if I believed in destiny.” Th
